All bottles are standard 750ml. bottles, unless otherwise stated in the description. What happens if you are out of stock of a particular item? Our inventory changes depending upon season and product availability. In the event that we need to make a substitution, a similar item of equal or greater value will be substituted. Do you ship chocolate during the summer? We do not ship chocolate during the summer, other delectable confections will be substituted. Do you offer shipping insurance? All gifts are insured against loss and damage during shipping at no extra cost to you! Can I ship my gift basket anywhere? Anywhere within the continental U.S. We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. Why do you need my recipient's phone number? UPS requests the recipient’s phone number to contact them if there is an issue with thedelivery. We will not contact your gift recipient via phone unless we are having problems with the delivery. If you do not have the recipient’s phone number, you can provide us with your number and UPS will contact you if necessary. Do you offer corporate accounts? Yes, we are happy to extend Net 30-day terms to businesses that are creditworthy. Please contact us to request a credit application.
